At present Ocean Reef Pools employs over 50 staff, making us the second largest employer within the Beaudesert Shire.

Our staff are our business, and each member of our team plays an integral role in the ongoing success of the company. Our team is our company's greatest asset, all trained and highly experienced within their respective areas, from construction to administration. We are proud to claim that many of our staff have been with the company since its inception, and their experience is evident in the high standard of our products.

Ocean Reef Pools is headed by Michael Crooks (Director).He has over 50 years experience within the fibreglass pool industry and are highly respected due to their wealth of knowledge, integrity and dedication to taking the company to the next level.

Quality Control is what Ocean Reef has built its reputation on, and it is due to the dedication and loyalty of our team that has seen us become Australia 's leading fibreglass pool manufacturer.
