My family has recently had a pool installed by Ocean Reef Pools and was very satisfied with the high level of service that we received during the whole process.
During the selection period, KEVIN REVILL assisted in selecting the most appropriate size and shape for our backyard and after he liased with the Building Certifier, recommended the best position for the pool fencing.

We purchased a fibreglass pool in August 2003 from Ocean Reef Pools Sunshine Coast and really want to express our delight in the quality of the product and its suitability to our lifestyle. As we explained to the sales rep at the time, we were a little skeptical about a fibreglass pool as we did not know a lot about them and had only ever had a concrete pool. We first thought about looking at fibreglass after we had so many problems with our concrete as far as cleaning and a reoccurring black spot problem . A friend suggested we look at the alternative , which I am glad we did. Now almost one year down the track I must say that we would not ever change back . We are delighted and surprised at how easy a fibreglass pool is to maintain and we have had no problems at all with it.
We get a lot of questions from people thinking is is a concrete pool due to its presentation and they are amazed when they find out otherwise.
So Congratulations on a product that I believe is a new way to go in alternative outdoor lifestyle products that don't necessarily cost a fortune and anyone can look after. I would recommend your product without hesitation.

We felt we just had to put pen to paper to congratulate you at Ocean Reef Pools on the professionalism of your staff members. Never once during the installation of our
beautiful pool were we messed around, when ever it was said to happen it did happen
right down to the truck carrying the pool arriving here at 3pm on that day).

We would really to thank Chris Teelow Pools for the wonderful job they did with the installation of our pool. The staff were so helpful from when we were choosing our colour and shape to suit our home, right through to when the pool was installed. We are over the moon with the product, the kids have been swimming every day!! Its probably one of the best investments we have for our family made in a long time and now our house feels complete.
